Breakfast Sausage
Ingredients:
- 2 lb ground pork
- 1 tbsp fresh minced sage
- 1/4 tsp fresh minced marjoram
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- pinch ground cloves
Directions:
- Mix all the spices together
- Add pork and knead the spices in thoroughly
- Break up into desired serving size and cook or freeze
