Asian Pork Tenderloin
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 (2 pound) fat-trimmed pork tenderloin
Directions:
- Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce into a medium sized bowl.
- Whisk in brown sugar, green onions, garlic, Sriracha sauce, and pepper.
- Place the tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce over tenderloin, turning the meat a few times to coat. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Flip tenderloin 1-3 times during marination.
Grill:
- Preheat grill and cook on low. Turn and baste with leftover marinade every 10 minutes for the first 40 minutes.
- Continue turning every 10 minutes until center temperature reachs 160 degrees; about 20 minutes
- Remove, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before carving. Always slice on an angle,

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Transfer pork with marinade into an aluminum foil-lined baking pan.
- Roast in a preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes; until center temperature reaches 160 degrees.
