Asian Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour soy sauce, sesame oil, and Worcestershire sauce into a medium sized bowl.
  2. Whisk in brown sugar, green onions, garlic, Sriracha sauce, and pepper.
  3. Place the tenderloin in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour sauce over tenderloin, turning the meat a few times to coat. Refrigerate at least 8 hours.
  4. Flip tenderloin 1-3 times during marination.

Grill:

  1. Preheat grill and cook on low. Turn and baste with leftover marinade every 10 minutes for the first 40 minutes.
  2. Continue turning every 10 minutes until center temperature reachs 160 degrees; about 20 minutes
  3. Remove, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before carving. Always slice on an angle,

Oven:

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Transfer pork with marinade into an aluminum foil-lined baking pan.
  2. Roast in a preheated oven 40 to 50 minutes; until center temperature reaches 160 degrees.
  3. Remove, and let stand 5 to 10 minutes before carving. Always slice on an angle,
