Cajun Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless chicken thighs (skin on if you plan to eat them all in one sitting; off if planning for leftovers)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
- Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and pat dry.
- Combine soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, onion powder, thyme, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and whisk together.
- Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over the top. Seal and turn bag to evenly coat chicken.
- Refrigerate and marinate at least 30 minutes.
- Grill on low heat for about 20 minutes or until done.
