Cajun Chicken Thighs



  1. Rinse chicken thighs under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Combine soy sauce, Sriracha, garlic, onion powder, thyme, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl and whisk together.
  3. Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour marinade over the top. Seal and turn bag to evenly coat chicken.
  4. Refrigerate and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  5. Grill on low heat for about 20 minutes or until done.
