Basic Chicken Wings
(Air Fryer recipe)
Ingredients:
- Chicken Wings
- Spray with avacado oil
- Season to taste
Directions:
- Pat the chicken wings dry and season to taste.
- Place wings in air fryer so they are not touching.
- Add small amount of water to the drip tray to prevent smoking grease.
- Cook at 360 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Flip wings and cook at 360 degrees F for 12 minutes.
- Flip wings and cook at 390 degrees F for 6 minutes.
- Toss wings in sauce of choice.
Another site says for extra crispy wings...:
- Cook at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.
- Flip wings and cook at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes.
- Cook at 420 degrees F for 2 minutes.
Spice Recipe
Ingredients (dry rub - 6 large wings):
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/4 tsp ground jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp papricka
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp cumin
Sauce Recipe
Ingredients (6-8 large wings):
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/4 cup Sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp Szechuan chili crisp
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
