Garlic Ginger Chicken


  1. Wash chicken thighs and pat dry.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a sealed storage bag or container.
  3. Add chicken to marinade and coat well with mixture. Marinate refrigerated for at least 1 hour.
  4. Remove chicken from refrigerator and preheat grill.
  5. Place skin side down on low grill. Cook for 8-10 minutes. *
  6. Flip and cook for 8-10 minutes. *
  7. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
* Cooking times will vary depending upon grill. Make sure chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°.
