Serves: 4-5 Rods



  1. Preheat oven on 325 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients well in large bowl, except 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. Remove from bowl; place in meatloaf pan. Rub small amount of water on loaf to smooth.
  3. Place in oven on center rack. Bake 60-65 min or until internal temperature reaches 125 degrees. Remove from oven; pour off excess fat and water.
  4. Brush on remaining BBQ sauce; place back in the oven. Continue to cook until internal temperature reaches a minimum of 160 degrees, about 40 min. Remove; let rest 10 min before slicing.
