Mulligan Stew
Serves: 3 Rods
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1.5 oz beef stew mix
- 1/2 cup instant brown or white rice
- 14.5 oz can beef broth
- 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes
- 16 oz frozen boccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Directions:
- Using a 4+ quart pot, Brown the ground beef over med heat. Pour off fat when done.
- Add remaining ingredients. Raise heat to med-high. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
- Reduce to low/med-low heat and cover. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring about every 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve.
