Mulligan Stew

Serves: 3 Rods



  1. Using a 4+ quart pot, Brown the ground beef over med heat. Pour off fat when done.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Raise heat to med-high. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce to low/med-low heat and cover. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes stirring about every 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
