Sweet & Savory Chicken Thighs
(Air Fryer recipe)
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 5)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients together. Funnel into a spice shaker if available.
- Wash and pat dry chicken thighs.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with spice mixture.
- Add a little water to the drip tray of the air fryer to prevent grease from smoking during cooking.
- Cook in air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees F.
- Flip and cook in air fryer for 12-14 minutes at 400 degrees F.
- Chicken should be at 165 degees F internal temperature.
